At Garbiera Sales Store, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping options:

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS. Estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom-made or personalized items

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Use the template provided below to ensure all necessary information is included.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the desired replacement item in your initial email. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
